## What Brutus CRM does

- **Built-in B2B leads.** Premium business lead data ships inside the product, so a team can
  start calling on day one without buying or importing lists.
- **Auto-disconnect scrubbing.** Disconnected numbers are detected and removed before an agent
  ever sees them. Numbers that go dead mid-shift are caught, re-categorized and removed.
- **Lead preferences.** Hot/warm/cold ratios and other per-campaign, per-rep settings control
  the mix of leads each agent receives. Whole lead types can be switched on or off.
- **Caller ID and DIDs.** Outbound caller ID is selected per call for local presence. Unlimited
  DIDs can be bought, assigned and organized inside the product.
- **Call recording.** Every call is recorded and attached to the lead.
- **AI assistance on live calls.** AI confirms the owner's name and email address during the
  call, and writes the call summary and notes when it ends.
- **Inbound AI voice agents.** AI answers incoming calls, qualifies the caller, and either
  transfers to a live rep with notes on screen or books the callback. Available as an add-on;
  outbound AI calling is also available. Priced on request.
- **Rep breakdowns.** Daily and weekly summaries of each salesperson's performance — what went
  well and what did not.
- **Real-time TV wallboard.** Live company stats for an office TV, including an RPM-style gauge
  that climbs into a redline as more agents get on the phone.
- **Back office.** Payroll and commissions, branded invoicing, and inventory tracking, all
  driven by the sales the team closes. Payments can be taken on the call, with cards on file.
